I had rated this app with five stars sometime ago. Since then, I bought the Pro version. A couple of days ago, I had issues with the paid version. My email to the Support team got me a prompt reply. I've tried several other video editor/trimmer apps, but this one is far and away the best. It has accurate trim control - frame-by-frame, you can adjust frame with + to - settings below trim strip. While trimming you see every frame to get accurate trim. Saving trimmed file is easy, Progress screen shows when file is complete, completion screen has details of new file and where it's stored. The only drawback is no audio while trimming. Adding an audio feature in next update would be helpful.
