I met with an HEIC format problem and I couldn't open any of my photos sent from my phone to the PC. Only just started using but (after signing up to skip adds) it seems very easy to use. .heif and .heic (newer iPhone) formats convert to our Android .jpg format easy & in bulk. UPDATE: Have used this app for 6 months or so. Since I cannot convince some friends to come away from the Dark Side (Apple 😁), this app is indispensable. 5 stars again/still.

I needed an app to convert an image to send to my daughter. Unfortunately I am a broke disabled veteran and have no income. This app let me convert 2 images for free. I wish I could afford to support them. Great app, intuitive workflow/interface and worked quickly and well. Outstanding work, team. I'm a former sysadmin who supported devs most of my career. (Which is likely over due to a stroke). Great app. Could not recommend it more.
